Section 01

Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gb99d platform and its users. By accessing the gb99d website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on the gb99d platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Directly via a bank account.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is not credited for any reason, please contact the support team immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Any bonus balance must meet the specified wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn (see Section 05 for details).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gb99d provides various bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions, and the following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% matching bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times.

• The welcome bonus is applicable only once and only on the first deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active.
• The validity of a bonus is limited to a specified period from the time of activation.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

VIP and Cashback Offers

gb99d's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze tier: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and contribution on the platform. gb99d reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Section 06

Gaming Rules

All games on the gb99d platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The rules of each game should be read carefully before playing. The following points should be kept in mind when gaming:

• All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of results.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, gb99d reserves the right to void that round.
• gb99d is not responsible for any bet lost due to an internet disconnection.
• If a dispute arises during gameplay, server log data will always be considered the final basis for any decision.
• gb99d reserves the right to change the rules of any game or discontinue any game.

Sports Betting Rules

For bets placed on cricket, football, and other sports, stakes will be refunded if the event is cancelled. Any involvement in match fixing will result in all bets and winnings being forfeited and the account being permanently closed.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb99d platform. Violating these restrictions will result in the permanent closure of the account and legal action will be taken if necessary:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or sharing account credentials.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit it.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Registering an account with false or fabricated information.
• Using stolen payment methods.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

Section 08

Account Suspension and Closure

gb99d reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time and for any reason. An account may be closed if:

• The user violates these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud is found on the account.
• The user provides a false identity or information.
• An investigation is required for security reasons.
• The user themselves requests self-exclusion.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. If there is any eligible balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned following the designated process.
